We're off to Seven Valleys, PA, for the Ironman — a full-blown KCBS/PA State Championship BBQ comp without the use of electronics and gadgets. That means: NO gurus, NO stokers, NO rotisseries, NO stay-in thermometers, NO LP gas, and NO pellet cookers — just the meat, the wood/charcoal, and a smoker!
If that wasn't enough, teams are only allowed one 1 rack of ribs and 7 pieces of chicken in their coolers. Here we go...!

By winning 1st Place Chicken and 2nd Place Ribs in the Backyard BBQ division, Brewski's ended their last comp of the year as GRAND CHAMPION at the 25th Annual New Holland Summer Fest!
Day 2 of the Twin Valley Fire and Smoke BBQ Competition was even better — placing 3rd in Chicken, 5th in Ribs, and overall RESERVED GRAND CHAMPION — second only to Weber's Backyard BBQ!
Day 1 of the Twin Valley Fire and Smoke BBQ Competition was a success! Brewski's placed 4th in Chicken, 9th in Ribs, and 3rd Place Overall. To top it off, we snagged 1st Place in the First Responders Wing Competition. And — a big shout-out to Weber's Backyard BBQ for Reserved Grand Champion!

• 45th in Ribs (among 390 teams)
Brewski's BBQ is moving on up in the national KCBS rankings! We are currently ranked 4th in Chicken (among 291 teams) and 21st in Ribs (among 296 teams).
Brewski's finished 1st in chicken, 5th in ribs, and 2nd place overall — Reserved Grand Champion! Special shout-outs to Sauce Em & Toss Em for his first place ribs and Grand Champion win and our buddy Capt. Blue BBQ for placing 3rd overall.
